A wooden house built in the late 19th century with mezzanine, an object of cultural heritage. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, rooms were rented in the house to accommodate political exiles. One of them was Joseph Jugashvili (I. V. Stalin), who rented a room while serving exile in 1909 and 1911.
Since the house is an object of cultural heritage, it is preserved in authentic form. The building was restored in 2019.
The house has three rooms with double and single beds, one room with two single beds, one common dining room (washing, microwave oven) and one shared bathroom. The house is connected to the central heating system.
